Field Reimbursement Manager- Biologics (Northwest)

As a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) in the Immunology Biologics area, you'll play a pivotal role in minimizing barriers for patients and providers. Your strategic attitude and problem-solving skills will be key as you engage with physicians, accounts, and institutional customers, delivering specialized services to support AstraZeneca products.

Accountabilities:

In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate across various internal departments and cross-functional partners, including Managed Markets, Access Services, Key Accounts, Trade & Channel, and Sales & Marketing. You'll develop and implement ethical reimbursement strategies, communicate payer criteria effectively, and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing AstraZeneca activities. Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 10 plus years of total business experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

  • Minimum of 6 plus years of sales, managed care, or reimbursement experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry

  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50-75% (overnight)

  • Must live in Geography

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • 8+ years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical Sales experience.

  • 4 years of experience in the Specialty Biologics therapeutic area.

  • 2 years of Access Services, Reimbursement, and/or Managed Markets experience.

  • Significant and documented experience with business planning and market analysis.

  • Minimum 2 years experience with buy & bill physician-administered specialty products.
